Shipping is fulfilled by DHL & FedEx - our exclusive logistics partners. We process and ship all orders during our general business hours. These hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 (CET) to 18:00 (CET) (with the exception of legal holidays).*
*Due to the high order volumes around new collection releases, the regular delivery time can extend up to 10 working days.
RETURN
In case of the exercise of the legal right of cancellation, in accordance with the section 6, the client has to bear the cost for the return.
